That the said $636,000 is hereby appropriated to the Woodrow Wilson <br />High School Restroom Renovation Project in the Education Category of the FY 2018 <br />Capital Improvement Fund Budget, <br />4. That the revised overall and Third Quarter categorical funding <br />appropriations for the FY 2018 Portsmouth Public Schools General Fund Operating <br />Budgets are as shown on Exhibit A hereto. <br />S. That the estimated revenues and expenditures in the Woodrow Wilson <br />High School Restroom Renovation Project in the Education Category of the FY 2018 <br />Capital Improvement Fund are increased by 5636,000. <br />6.
