yy 1 :1 <br />�_ i I Ilk i,1 1 � :f_ <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDING FROM THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,500 AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2019 SOCIAL SERVICES FUND <br />FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE FAMILY <br />PARTNERSHIP MEETING INCENTIVE PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts funding from the Virginia Department of Social <br />Services in the amount of $1,500 and appropriates said amount in the FY 2019 Social <br />Services Fund. <br />2. That the funds shall be used by the Department of Social Services for the <br />Family Partnership Meeting Incentive Program. <br />3. That a local match of 15.5% is required as a condition of the funding, which <br />local match has previously been appropriated in the FY 2019 budget for the Department of <br />Social Services. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2019 Social Services <br />Fund Budget are increased by $1,500. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 28, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
