jam OR 218 -60 AMENOWN.. <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z -18 -01 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as GR, General Residential the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z- 18 -01, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as IL -K, Light Industrial <br />(Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as IL -K, Light Industrial <br />(Conditional). <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from GR, <br />General Residential to IL -K, Light Industrial (Conditional) is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br />Z -18 -01 <br />303 Bedford Court <br />(Tax Parcel 0570 -0110) <br />ALL THOSE two certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the <br />buildings and improvements thereon, situate in the City of <br />Portsmouth, State of Virginia, and known, numbered, and <br />designated as Lots Number EIGHT (8) and NINE (9) as shown on <br />the plat entitled: "Revised plat of Portsmouth Acres, Norfolk <br />County, Virginia, Property of Martha Gillis Lee ", made by Phillip <br />D. Freeman, C.
