ORMAE 2018 -50 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2018 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />BUDGET BY AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $125,000 FROM THE <br />WOODROW WILSON HIGH SCHOOL HVAC /COOLING TOWER <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO THE MOUNT HERMON ELEMENTARY <br />SCHOOL ROOF AND HVAC REPLACEMENT PROJECT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it authorizes the transfer of $125,000 within the FY 2018 Capital <br />Improvement Fund Budget from the Woodrow Wilson High School HVAC /Cooling <br />Tower Replacement Project to the Mount Hermon Elementary School Roof and HVAC <br />Replacement Project. <br />2. That budgeted funding for the Woodrow Wilson High School <br />HVAC /Cooling Tower Replacement Project in the FY 2018 Capital Improvement Fund <br />Budget is decreased by $125,000. <br />3. That budgeted funding for the Mount Hermon Elementary School Roof <br />Replacement Project in the FY 2018 Capital Improvement Fund Budget is increased by <br />$125,000. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 26, 2018. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
