required by City Ordinances and the City Code during site plan review and <br />approval. <br />(b) The design and materials of buildings constructed in Lincoln <br />Park/Lexington shall be in substantial conformity with the elevations titled <br />"Proposed Elevations, Lexington Place ", prepared by Saunders & Crouse <br />Architects and dated October 20, 2017, which were submitted with the use <br />permit application and are on file with the Department of Planning, with <br />the areas in red on the said elevations representing brick and the white <br />areas representing cementitious siding (like Hardieplank). <br />(c) All current requirements of the Zoning Ordinance, City Code, and other <br />applicable laws or regulations shall apply to the redevelopment of Lincoln <br />Park/Lexington. <br />(d) All taxes /fees associated with the property and /or the use shall be paid <br />when due. <br />4. That UP -16 -01 granted on February 23, 2016 by City Council Resolution <br />R -16 -07 is hereby rescinded and shall be of no further force or effect. <br />5.
