(d) No first floor residential dwelling unit shall front on Effingham Street. <br />(e) All required operating licenses, approvals and permits shall be obtained <br />timely and maintained, and the development shall be operated in <br />compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. <br />(f) All taxes /fees associated with the property and /or the proposed use shall <br />be paid when due. <br />4. That, without limitation of any other condition stated herein, it is expressly <br />understood that the residential unit density of 31.4 dwelling units per acre provided for <br />through this Use Permit is authorized on the condition that the development be <br />constructed with Green Building features as provided in condition 3(c) hereinabove. <br />5.
