&off M 2098 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $248,175.57 OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM INCOME AND $5,850 OF HOME INVESTMENT <br />PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING THE TOTAL <br />AMOUNT OF $2549025.57 IN THE FY 2018 COMMUNITY PLANNING AND <br />DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts $248,175.57 of Community Development Block <br />Grant Program Income and $5,850 of HOME Investment Partnerships Program Income <br />and appropriates the total amount of $254,025.57 in the FY 2018 Community Planning <br />and Development Program Fund. <br />2. That the funds so appropriated shall be used to support the activities in the <br />existing Annual Action Plan. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2018 Community <br />Planning and Development Program Fund are increased by $254,025.57. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 14, 2017. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
