(iii) No wall along Jamestown Avenue shall have a blank area longer <br />than 15 feet; <br />(iv) A minimum of 20% of the required fenestration along Jamestown <br />Avenue shall be comprised of glass; <br />(v) A street wall with a height between four feet and eight feet shall be <br />installed along any sections of King Street and Jamestown Avenue <br />that are not occupied by building frontage or driveway. The wall <br />material shall be one of those listed in Part 404 of the D2 FBC; and <br />(vi) At least 850 square feet of contiguous open space shall be provided <br />behind the thirty-foot parking setback line. <br />(b) All taxes/fees associated with the property and/or the proposed use shall <br />be paid when due. <br />4.
