~~ 206-~0 <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-16-03 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That the Regulating Plan which is part of the zoning map attached to and <br />made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance and which now designates as <br />Townhouse/Small Apartment Frontage the area described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-16-03, is hereby amended and changed so as to designate said <br />area as Workshop Frontage, and that the Regulating Plan designation for said area is <br />hereby made Workshop Frontage. <br />2. That the area of the Regulating Plan affected by this ordinance by being <br />modified from Townhouse/Small Apartment Frontage to Workshop Frontage is <br />furthermore described as follows: <br />Z-16-03 <br />The frontage along County Street of the property currently <br />addressed as 1609, 1613 and 1617 County Street and 1622 and <br />1624 Columbia Street, the said property being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />1609,1613, 1617 County Street <br />1622, 1624 Columbia Street <br />(Tax Parcels 0097-0680, 0670, 0660, 0790, and 0800) <br />Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 in Square "H" as <br />shown on the plat of Goshen, which said plat is recorded in the <br />Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, <br />Virginia in Map Book 3 at Page 17. <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption: <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on October 11, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
