2016. 5 <br />.~.:,,t ~~.. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $1,671.56 OF FUNDING RECEIVED FROM <br />HEALTH PLANNING REGION FIVE, HPR-V, REGIONAL SUICIDE TASK <br />FORCE AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2017 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICE FUND FOR USE BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO PROVIDE <br />INCENTIVES, EDUCATION AND MATERIALS RELATED TO SUICIDE <br />PREVENTION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts the sum of $1,671.56 of funding received from <br />Health Planning Region Five, HPR-V, Regional Suicide Task Force and appropriates said <br />amount in the FY 2017 Behavioral Healthcare Service Fund. <br />2. That said funds shall be used by the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services to provide incentives, education and materials related to suicide <br />prevention. <br />3. That no local match is required in order to obtain said funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2017 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Service Fund are increased by $1,671.56. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 27, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
