(~ All homes shall front onto a public street internal to the project and <br />no unit shall have its rear elevations facing George Washington <br />Highway with the exception of Lots 1-5. Lots 1-5 will have 2 <br />extra evergreen arborvitae trees installed on the lot in the rear to <br />help shield the view from George Washington Highway. <br />(g) No two adjacent or opposite buildings maybe of the same <br />elevations or same color scheme. <br />7. That the conditions stated herein amend and restate the conditions in <br />Ordinance 2011-44 and Ordinance 2013-13 in their entirety, and the conditions as stated <br />in Ordinance 2011-44 and Ordinance 2013-13 shall be of no further force or effect. <br />That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on September 27, 2016. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
