Sec. 7-132. Schedules-Building Permits <br />The fees for building (general construction) permits shall be as set forth in <br />appendix A to this Code for the following categories: <br />(1) All Commercial Buildings: <br />a, For 100 square feet up to and including 999 square feet, a fee per <br />100 square feet or fraction thereof. <br />b. For 1,000 square feet up to and including 4,999 square feet, a fee <br />for the first 1,000 square feet plus an additional amount per 100 <br />square feet or fraction thereof. <br />c. For 5,000 square feet or more, a fee for the first 5,000 square feet <br />plus and additional amount per 100 square feet or fraction thereof <br />without limit. <br />(2) Use Group O-Residential Garages, Porches, Decks and Similar <br />Accessory Residential Buildings: <br />a. For up to and including 999 square feet, a fee per 100 square feet <br />or fraction thereof. <br />b. For 1,000 square feet or more, a fee for the first 1,000 square feet <br />and an additional amount per 100 square feet or fraction thereof. <br />(3) Residential Use Group R5, Single Family Residence, Duplex, or <br />Townhome: <br />a. For up to and including 1,999 square feet, a fee per 100 square <br />feet, or fraction thereof. <br />b. From 2,000 square feet up to and including 4,999 square feet, a fee <br />for the first 2,000 square feet plus an additional amount per 100 <br />square feet or fraction thereof. <br />c. For 5,000 square feet or more, a fee for the first 5,000 square feet, <br />plus an additional amount per 100 square feet or fraction thereof, <br />without limit. <br />(4) Use Group T <br />a. Alterations, Repairs, Private Piers, Wharves, Bulkheads, Pools, <br />Walls, Bay Windows, Dormers, Roofing, Siding, Commercial <br />Interior Finish, Miscellaneous Structures: <br />
