2 0 r~.~6.2~ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $42,179,179 BY CLASSIFICATION TO <br />IMPLEMENT THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC <br />SCHOOLS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1.
