2015-59 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $750 FROM <br />KEEP VIRGINIA BEAUTIFUL AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE <br />FY 2015-16 WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />PURCHASING AND INSTALLING RECYCLING CONTAINERS AT NTELOS <br />PAVILION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $750 from Keep Virginia <br />Beautiful and appropriates said funds in the FY 2015-16 Waste Management Fund. <br />2. That the grant funds shall be used by the Department of General Services <br />to fund the purchase and installation of recycling containers at nTelos Pavilion. <br />3. That no local match is required for the funds. <br />4. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2015-16 Waste <br />Management Fund Budget are increased by $750. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 8, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
