2015-39 <br />:~ , <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $655,981 IN THE FY 2014-15 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FROM THE FY 2014-15 DONATIONS FUND FOR THE <br />CONTINUED IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELECTRONIC HEALTH <br />RECORDS SYSTEM FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $655,981 in the FY 2014-15 <br />Capital Improvement Fund to fund the continued implementation of the Electronic Health <br />Records System for the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services. <br />2. That the funding source of the appropriation shall be the FY 2014-15 <br />Donations Fund. <br />3. That estimated revenues and expenditures in the FY 2014-15 Capital <br />Improvement Fund Budget are increased by $655,981. <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 23, 2015. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
