(c) The development shall comply with the requirements set forth in Section <br />40.1-4.3(C)(9)(c)(i)-(vii) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(2006) ("Gasoline Sales"). <br />(d) A Traffic Impact Study shall be performed and the conclusions and <br />recommendations identified in the Traffic Impact Study shall be <br />implemented to address site access and circulation. <br />(e) The site shall be developed and operated in compliance with all applicable <br />local, state and federal laws and regulations and any required operating <br />licenses shall be obtained and maintained. <br />(f) All taxes/fees associated with the property and the use shall be paid when <br />due. <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by City Council. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on December 9, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
