R-14-24 <br />A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FY 15 PERFORMANCE .CONTRACT <br />FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES. <br />WHEREAS, the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental <br />Services, formerly titled the: Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation <br />and Substance .Abuse Services, annually issues a performance contract to each local <br />community services boazd,(CSB) specifying the services to be rendered by the CSB for <br />the next fiscal year relative to funding budgeted; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Portsmouth must approve the Portsmouth Depattment of <br />Behavioral Healthcaze Services' FY 15 Performance Contract in order to receive funding <br />from the Commonwealth. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia that it hereby approves the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services' FY 15 Performance Contract. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 26, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
