~~~~ 201;. s <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $71,083 IN THE FY 2014-15 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND FOR CASE <br />MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO ADMINISTER THE SHELTER PLUS CARE <br />GRANT PROGRAM. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $71,083 in the FY 2014-15 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br />2. That the source of the funds shall be the Undesignated Fund Balance. <br />3. That the appropriation shall be used to fund two necessary Shelter Plus <br />Care Grant case management positions for which state funds have not been appropriated <br />to-date. <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2014-15 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund and in the FY 2014-15 Operating Budget are increased by $71,083. <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2014. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 10, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
