EXHIBIT A <br />22-74(a) Annual license fees for vehicles designed and used for transportation of passengers: <br />22- $32.00 for each private passenger car or motor home if the passenger car or motor <br />74(a)(1) home weighs 4,000 pounds or less and $37.00 for each passenger car or motor home <br /> which weighs in excess of 4,000 pounds; provided, such passenger car or motor home <br /> is not used for the transportation of passengers for compensation and is not kept or <br /> used for rent or for hire, or is not operated under a lease without a driver. <br />22- $0.30 per 100 pounds of weight or major fraction thereof for a private motor vehicle <br />74(a)(2) other than a motorcycle with a normal seating capacity of more than ten adult <br /> persons including the driver if such private motor vehicle is not used for the <br /> transportation of passengers for compensation and is not kept or used for rent or for <br /> hire or is not operated under a lease without a driver. In no case shall the fee be <br /> less than $32.00 if the vehicle weighs 4,000 pounds or less or $37.00 if the vehicle <br /> weighs in excess of 4,000 pounds. <br />22- $0.30 per 100 pounds of weight or major fraction thereof for a school bus, public or <br />74(a)(3) private; provided that in no case shall the fee be less than $32.00 if the vehicle <br /> weighs 4,000 pounds or less or $37.00 if the vehicle weighs in excess of 4,000 <br /> pounds. <br />22- $32.00 for each trailer or semitrailer designed for use as living quarters for human <br />74(a)(4) beings. <br />22- $20.00 in addition to $0.80 per 100 pounds of weight or major fraction thereof for <br />74(a)(5) each motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer kept or used for rent or for hire or <br /> operated under a lease without a driver for the transportation of passengers. An <br /> additional fee of $5.00 shall be charged if the vehicle weighs in excess of 4,000 <br /> pounds. This subsection does not apply to vehicles used as common carriers. <br />22- $32.00 for a taxicab or other vehicle kept for rent or hire and operated with a driver <br />74(a)(6) for the transportation of passengers and which is operated or should be operated <br /> under permits issued by the state corporation commission as required by law and <br /> this Code. An additional fee of $5.00 shall be charged if the vehicle weighs in excess <br /> of 4,000 pounds. This subsection does not apply to vehicles used as common carriers. <br />22- $24.00 for a motorcycle, with or without a sidecar. <br />74(a)(7) <br />22- $32.00 for a bus used exclusively for transportation to and from Sunday School or <br />
