201.445 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO INCREASE MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSING <br />FEES AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 22 OF SAID CODE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006) be <br />amended and reordained to increase the motor vehicle licensing fees authorized under City Code <br />section 22-74 as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on July 1, 2014. <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 27, 2014. <br />Teste: <br />City Clerk <br />
