That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as RAC-K, Regional Activity Center (Conditional) the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-14- O1, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as NMU-K, Neighborhood Mixed Use (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as NMU- K, Neighborhood Mixed Use (Conditional). 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from RAC-K, Regional Activity Center (Conditional) to NMU-K, Neighborhood Mixed Use (Conditional) is furthermore described as follows: Z-14-O1 409 McLean Street, Tax Parcel 05170020 ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land shown on that certain Boundary Survey of Property of City of Portsmouth/ Containing 30.9297 Acres/As Described in D.B. 1038 PG. 46, D.B. 1016 PG. 24 & D.B. 500 PG. 123/Portsmouth, Virginia" prepared by Woolpert, Inc. dated February 9, 2007 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Map Book 21 at Page 102.
