2014-90 <br />AN ORDINANCE REAPPROPRIATING THE SUMS OF $121,542 IN THE FY <br />2014-15 GENERAL FUND, $108,805 IN THE FY 2014-15 PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />FUND, AND $2,367,617 IN THE FY 2014-15 EDUCATION FUND IN <br />OUTSTANDING ENCUMBRANCES REMAINING IN CITY AND <br />PORTSMOUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS FY 2013-14 OPERATING FUNDS ON <br />JUNE 30, 2014. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $121,542 in the FY 2014-15 <br />General Fund and $108,805 in the FY 2014-15 Public Utilities Fund. <br />2. That the sources of the above appropriations are outstanding <br />encumbrances in the FY 2013-14 General Fund and the FY 2013-14 Public Utilities Fund <br />of the City's 2013-14 Operating Budget. <br />3. That it hereby appropriates the sum of $2,367,617 in the FY 2014-15 <br />Education by classification in the following amounts: <br />Instruction $590,473 <br />Administration 386 <br />Attendance & Health 6,047 <br />Transportation 3 71 <br />Operation & Maintenance 988,440 <br />Information Technology 781,900 <br />Total <br />$2,3b7,617 <br />4. That the source of the above appropriation is outstanding encumbrances in <br />the FY 2013-14 Education Fund. <br />5. That estimated revenues are increased in the FY 2014-15 General Fund by <br />$121,542, in the FY 2014-15 Public Utilities Funds by $108,805, and in the FY 2014-15 <br />by $2,367,617. <br />6. That estimated revenues are increased in FY 2014-15 City Operating <br />Budget by $230,347 and in the FY 2014-i 5 Schools Operating Budget by $2,367,617 <br />
