fir; ?_014-85 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,325,841 BY CLASSIFICATION TO <br />THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-15 OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE PORTSMOUTH <br />PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM TO IMPLEMENT THE SECOND QUARTER OF <br />THE ANNUAL BUDGET. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br />1.
