<br />F. To give due consideration to the vast benefits that may accrue to the Virginia and the <br />region if the terms of the proposed APM lease can be made equitable for all stakeholders. <br /> <br />2. That the City Manager and City Attorney are directed to monitor the status of the <br />proposed lease for the purpose of protecting the City's interests, and they shall report the status <br />of same to City Council from time to time, promptly with any material development. <br /> <br />3. That the Portsmouth delegation to the General Assembly of Virginia, and all <br />legislators, are hereby requested to take such actions as are appropriate to protect the interests of <br />Portsmouth and its citizens with regard to the proposed lease. <br /> <br />4.
