<br />h. The 50 foot seaward portion of the Resource Protection Area shall be <br />staked and fenced in a way to prevent the location of any equipment or <br />materials in the area during construction. <br /> <br />1. The establishment shall operate generally in accordance with the <br />approved site layout and floor plans dated July 6, 2011. Minor changes <br />may be approved by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />J. The occupant load of the facility shall not exceed 337 persons, <br />including staff and patrons, at any time or as required by the Building <br />Official. <br /> <br />k. Days and hours of operation shall be daily no earlier than 8:00 a.m. to <br />no later than 12:00 midnight, 7 days a week <br /> <br />I. The applicant shall maintain 26 parking spaces for the establishment <br />on site and provide a valet plan complete with a contract of the use of <br />nearby parking lots. <br /> <br />m. The establishment shall not include any outdoor operations after 9 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />n. The owner/operator shall ensure that noise is not audible at the <br />property line. <br /> <br />o. The owner/operator shall provide when events involve the service of <br />alcoholic beverages security. Security shall be provided by individuals <br />who are certified by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice <br />Services. <br /> <br />p. The owner/operator shall obtain an approved plan for trash removal <br />from the Department of General Services. <br /> <br />q. The owner/operator must obtain and keep current any required <br />operating licenses and shall operate in accordance with federal, state <br />and local regulations. <br /> <br />r. The owner/developer shall be responsible for upgrades to water and <br />sewer, as necessary, including the installation of a backflow preventer <br />device approved by the Public Utilities Department. <br /> <br />s. All taxes in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />t. The owners and/or operators of the establishment shall not violate any <br />laws of the Commonwealth or ordinances of the City related to peace <br />
