<br />OROlMANCE 11.2011-55_ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-11-03 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Neighborhood Mixed Use the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-II-03, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Neighborhood Mixed Use <br />NMU-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Neighborhood Mixed <br />Use NMU-K (Conditional). <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Neighborhood Mixed Use to Neighborhood Mixed Use NMU-K (Conditional), is <br />furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-11-03 <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection of <br />Cedar Lane and River Shore Road; thence in a southerly direction <br />approximately 159' to a point; thence in a westerly direction <br />approximately 125' to a point; thence in a northwesterly direction <br />approximately 87' to a point; thence in a northerly direction <br />approximately 125' to a point; thence in an easterly direction <br />approximately 145' to a point ofthe beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the subject property shall be subject to the following conditions as <br />proffered by the applicant for rezoning: <br /> <br />(a) Use of the property shall be limited to the following uses: <br /> <br />Household Living <br />Dwelling, live/work <br />Dwelling, single family attached <br />Dwelling, single family detached <br />Dwelling, upper story <br />Community Services <br />Community Center <br />Cultural facility <br />Library <br />Day Care <br />Child day care center <br />Family child day care <br />Home child day care <br />Government Facilities <br />Government offices <br />
