<br />ORDINANCE 110..2 0 11-5 4 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-11-02 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Neighborhood Mixed Use NMU <br />the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-II-02, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as General Mixed Use GMU-K <br />(Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as General Mixed Use GMU-K <br />(Conditional), <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Neighborhood Mixed Use NMU to General Mixed Use GMU-K is furthermore <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-11-02 <br /> <br />Haysom Street Shopping Center, Parcels 'A', 'B' & 'C'-743 <br />Tax Parcels 04460150, 0151 and 0152 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point at the intersection of the east right-of- <br />way of Haysom Street (variable width private right-of-way) and <br />the south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard (80' right-of- <br />way); thence with the south right-of-way of Portsmouth Boulevard, <br />S 7203826" E 477.86' to the northwest comer of Tax Parcel <br />04460140; thence leaving the right-of-way of Portsmouth <br />Boulevard with the west line of Tax Parcel 04460140, S 20028'38" <br />W 1033.11' to a point on the north line of Tax Parcel 04460134; <br />thence with the north line of Tax Parcel 04460134 and continuing <br />with the north line of Tax Parcel 04460131, N 73045'09" W <br />112.34' to a point on the east line of Tax Parcel 04460640; thence <br />with the east line of Tax Parcel 04460640, N 02014'51" E 120.51' <br />to the southwest corner of Tax Parcel 04460160; thence with the <br />eastline of Tax Parcel 04460160 and continuing with the east line <br />of Tax Parcels 04470240 and 04470251, N 14005'29" E 517.40' <br />to the northeast corner of Tax Parcel 04470251; thence with the <br />north line of Tax Parcel 04470251 and continuing with the north <br />line of Tax Parcel 044700250, N 73003' 57" W 130.16' to a point; <br />S 15019'28" W 3.07' to a point; N 73003'57" W 126.89' to a <br />point on the east right-of-way of Haysom Street; thence with the <br />right-of-way of Haysom Street, N 15019'28" E 98.14' to a point; <br />N 31036'32" E 12.41' to a point; N 15019'28" E 246.10' to a <br />point; N 20007'59" E 34.61' to a point; thence along a curve to the <br />right having a radius of 16.00' and an arc length of 24.36' to the <br />point of beginning, containing 6.896 acres and being all of those <br />
