<br />Sec. 9.2-2. Enterprise zone; fees eligible for rebate. <br /> <br />Upon compliance with the requirements of section 9.2-1, a qualifying applicant <br />shall be eligible for certain city permit, application, and review fees paid by the applicant <br />in the following amounts: <br /> <br />(i) 50% of construction plans review fees and building, mechanical, <br />electrical, and plumbing permit fees authorized by Chapter 7 and <br />established in Appendix A. A state levy imposed under the Uniform <br />Statewide Building Code and city fees for inspection, re-inspection, or a <br />certificate of occupancy shall not be subject to rebate; and <br />(ii) 90% of rezoning, use permit, and subdivision application fees and site <br />plan review fees authorized by Chapters 33.1 and 40.1 and established in <br />Appendix A. <br /> <br />3.
