<br />R-11-42 <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE A PERMIT TO ALLOW THE UNITED ST ATES NAVY TO <br />CONSTRUCT A WATER LINE UNDER AND ACROSS ELM AVENUE TO <br />SERVICE SCOTT CENTER. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the <br />City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized to execute a permit and any other <br />documents necessary allowing the Navy to construct, operate, repair and maintain a water <br />line under and across Elm Avenue within a fifteen (15') foot corridor as defined by a Plat <br />to be filed and recorded with said permit, under such terms and conditions as he shall <br />deem to be in the best interest of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth held on <br />December 13, 2011. <br /> <br />Teste: <br />
