<br /> <br />.,,,,.6,J~lQ,::Q~. <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-10-01 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Office Residential OR-75, <br />Residential RM-60, and Commercial C-2 the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-1O-01, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Commercial C-2-K (Conditional), <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Office <br />Residential OR-75, Residential RM-60, and Commercial C-2 to Commercial C-2-K <br />(Conditional), is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-10-01 <br /> <br />3115,3117, and 3121 Turnpike Road <br />521 and 523 Lenora Avenue <br />1800 Frederick Boulevard <br /> <br />The parcel described as beginning at southwest intersection <br />of Turnpike Road and Frederick Boulevard at a point <br />thence west approximately 364 feet to a point; thence south <br />west approximately 34 feet to a point; thence south <br />approximately 246 feet to a point; thence east <br />approximately 186 feet to a point; thence northeast <br />approximately 15 feet to a point; thence east approximately <br />100 feet to the point; thence north approximately 277 feet <br />to the point of beginning. Property further described as <br />3115, 3117 and 3121 Turnpike Road, 521 and 523 Lenora <br />Avenue and 1800 and 1810 Frederick Boulevard (Tax Map <br />334 parcels, 38, 39, 40, 43, 44, 52 and 53) <br /> <br />3. That the subject property shall be subject to the following conditions as <br />proffered by the applicant for rezoning: <br /> <br />(a) The development of the property shall be in substantial conformance with <br />the Site Plan titled "Rezoning Exhibit 2" dated December 16, 2009, <br />prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />(b) The building to be constructed on the property will be designed so as to be <br />in substantial conformance architecturally with the Hope VI Architectural <br />Elevations as shown in the Hope VI On Site Housing Design Guidelines. <br />
