Street and subdivision names. <br /> <br />(a) Proposed streets which align with existing streets shall bear the names of the existing streets. <br />Names of proposed streets or subdivisions shall not duplicate, irrespective of suffixes, or be <br />similar in sound or spelling to existing street or subdivision names in the City. <br /> <br />(b) Street names shall be indicated on the preliminary and final plat and shall be approved by the <br />Agent. <br /> <br />(c) Names of existing streets or subdivisions shall not be changed except by approval of the <br />governing body. <br /> <br />Page 33 of 33 <br />
