<br />oRDIItANCE 10.2010 - 52 _ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $127,000 FROM THE <br />FY 2009-2010 RISK MANAGEMENT FUND TO THE FY 2009-2010 GRANTS <br />FUND AND THE APPROPRIATION OF SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2009-2010 <br />GRANTS FUND TO COMPLETE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING FOR AN <br />OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICES GRANT FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF TWO AMBULANCES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby authorizes the transfer of $127,000 from the FY 2009-2010 <br />Risk Management Fund to the FY 2009-2010 Grants Fund and appropriates said funds in <br />the FY 2009-2010 Grants Fund. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used to complete financial accounting showing <br />the appropriation of matching funds required by a grant from the Office of Emergency <br />Management Services. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Grants Fund are increased <br />by $127,000. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 22,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
