<br />ORDINANCE 10. 201 0 ~4~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $750 IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND IN MONIES ALLOCATED BY THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO THE PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES TO FUND A PORTION OF THE <br />GUARDIANSHIP COSTS FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF <br />INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $750 allocated by the Virginia Department of Behavioral <br />Health and Developmental Services to the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare Services <br />Fund. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used to fund a portion of the cost of obtaining <br />guardianship for an individual with a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability. <br /> <br />3. That no local match is required in order to obtain said funds. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $750. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 25, 2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
