<br />4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sign all agreements and <br />instruments of conveyance reasonably necessary to implement the intent of this ordinance. <br /> <br />5. The City Attorney and City Manager are authorized to take all such further actions and <br />provide all such further written instruments and assurances as may be reasonably necessary to <br />implement the intent of this ordinance, which is to facilitate the prompt construction of the new <br />transmission and distribution line while also protecting the interests of the City of Portsmouth and <br />its citizens. <br /> <br />6. The City Attorney and City Manager shall keep City Council timely informed of all <br />actions they take to implement this ordinance. <br /> <br />7.
