<br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.2 O!2 :~~_ <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $2,250 ALLOCATED BY THE VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES TO THE <br />PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO FUND A <br />PORTION OF THE GUARDIANSHIP COSTS FOR THREE INDMDUALS WITH DIAGNOSES OF <br />INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City of Portsmouth accepts funds in the amount of $2,250 from the <br />Virginia Department of Behavioral Healthcare and Developmental Services to fund a portion <br />of the guardianship costs for three individuals with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare Services <br />Fund is increased by $2,250, and said amount is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />April 13, 2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
