PRHA shall transmit the net proceeds ofthe conveyance, if any, to the City. <br /> <br />6. The City shall reimburse PRHA for all reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs <br /> <br />incurred in connection with the services provide hereunder by PRHA, and the City shall hold <br /> <br />PRHA harmless against any possible claim, demand, or liability, if any, arising from this <br /> <br />transaction. <br /> <br />7.
