<br />R-I0-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />DEED AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO <br />CONVEY 461 MACARTHUR STREET TO THE PORTSMOUTH <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has by <br />resolution adopted September 16, 2010 requested that the City convey to it property <br />owned by the City and located at 461 MacArthur Street; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized to execute a <br />deed and such other documents as may be required in order to convey said property to the <br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held <br />on September 28,2010. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
