Number of City Custodial Animals spayed and neutered, classified by type of animal. <br /> <br /> <br />C, The Humane Society shall within thirty days of the inception of this contract, at the <br /> <br /> <br />one year anniversary of this contract, and also within thirty days of the conclusion of this contract <br /> <br /> <br />provide to the City's Chief Financial Officer annual financial statements prepared in accordance <br /> <br />with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, showing fees and other revenues collected and <br /> <br />expenditures, <br /> <br /> <br />8, Disposal. The City shall daily, except on weekends, holidays, and emergency <br /> <br /> <br />situations, pick up carcasses of deceased animals at the Facility for disposal by the City in <br /> <br /> <br />accordance with applicable law. <br /> <br /> <br />9, Agent for Certain City Funds, The Humane Society shall act as an agent for the City <br /> <br /> <br />for the sale of dog licenses. It shall also collect from owners who retrieve City Custodial <br /> <br /> <br />Animals and persons who adopt City Custodial Animals all fees and charges authorized by law, <br /> <br />All funds thus received shall be properly accounted for, documented, and transmitted to the City <br /> <br />Treasurer on a monthly basis. <br /> <br />10, Vaccinations. The Humane Society shall require that all its employees who may <br /> <br />come into contact with City Custodial Animals have all reasonably necessary vaccinations, The <br /> <br />City will pay for the cost of rabies vaccinations for three employees of the Humane Society.
