<br />monument sign shall be 80 square feet per face. No signage shall be <br />visible from Rapidan Street. The street frontage along Rapidan and <br />Cavalier Boulevard shall not be considered when determining the <br />maximum signage allowed on this site. <br /> <br />(g) All exterior lighting must be directed away from the residential <br />development. All lights shall be fully shielded and fully recessed lens. <br />There shall be no exposed bulbs and there shall be no glare beyond the <br />property line in excess of 0.01 foot-candle along the Rapidan Street <br />exposure. <br /> <br />(h) Access to the site from Cavalier Boulevard shall be limited to one right-in, <br />right-out curb cut. <br /> <br />(i) Access to the site from Victory Boulevard shall be limited to one right-in, <br />right-out curb cut. In addition, the developer shall provide a I 50-foot right <br />turn taper southbound on Victory Boulevard at the right in right out <br />entrance atthe owner's expense. <br /> <br />G) The owner/tenant shall not allow broken package sales nor the sale of <br />single beer or wine products. <br /> <br />(k) Building shall be developed in accordance with the approved elevation. <br /> <br />(1) All vacuum and air pumps shall be located along the front half of the <br />southern property line. All devices shall be screened in a manner that is <br />approved by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />(m) There will be no banners or temporary signs placed on the fence along the <br />west and south property lines. <br /> <br />(n) Prior to any site plan or building permit approvals the owner shall submit <br />written documentation from the Virginia Department of Transportation <br />(VDOT) that the proposed improvements in the off ramp of Interstate 264 <br />is acceptable and approved by VDOT <br /> <br />(0) The applicant shall not violate any laws of the Commonwealth or <br />ordinances of the City related to peace and good order, nor suffer repeated <br />or chronic violations by any of its patrons or customers. <br /> <br />(p) The establishment shall be operated in compliance with all other <br />applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local <br />governments. <br />
