<br />and/or usage by residents, and permitted unit furnishings must be <br />reviewed and approved by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />(i) Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy a rent schedule for <br />residents must be reviewed and approved by the Director of Planning. <br /> <br />G) The plans and policies submitted under conditions numbered 4 through 9 <br />above, and all subsequent amendments thereto, as approved by the <br />Director of Planning after consultation with other city departments, <br />including, but not limited to the Social Services, Behavior Health, Police, <br />Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority shall be so maintained <br />and implemented as a condition of this use permit. <br /> <br />(k) The applicant shall not violate any laws of the Commonwealth or <br />ordinances of the City related to peace and good order, nor suffer repeated <br />or chronic violations by any of its patrons or customers. <br /> <br />(1) The Department of General Services must approve the trash/garbage <br />collection system plan prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />(m) All exterior lighting must be directed away from residential development <br />and the Interstate. <br /> <br />(n) The proposed business shall operate in accordance with federal, state and <br />local regulations, including the Uniform Statewide Building Code. The <br />applicant must obtain and keep current any operating licenses required by <br />the Commonwealth of Virginia. <br /> <br />(0) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject <br />property and operation shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />(P) All taxes and fees in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when <br />due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held <br />on January 27, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
