G) The plans and policies submitted under conditions numbered 4 through 9 above, and all subsequent amendments thereto, as approved by the Director of Planning after consultation with other city departments, including, but not limited to the Social Services, Behavior Health, Police, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority shall be so maintained and implemented as a condition of this use permit. (k) The applicant shall not violate any laws of the Commonwealth or ordinances of the City related to peace and good order, nor suffer repeated or chronic violations by any of its patrons or customers. (1) The Department of General Services must approve the trash/garbage collection system plan prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. (m) All exterior lighting must be directed away from residential development and the Interstate. (n) The proposed business shall operate in accordance with federal, state and local regulations, including the Uniform Statewide Building Code. The applicant must obtain and keep current any operating licenses required by the Commonwealth of Virginia. (0) All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject property and operation shall be paid when due. (P) All taxes and fees in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when due. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council.
