<br />h. This Agreement rescinds and supersedes all previous written agreements and oral <br />understandings relating to the provision of mutual aid for fire and rescue and <br />emergency medical services between the Parties. <br />1. This Agreement may be amended by mutual written agreement of the Parties. <br />Any amendment may be agreed upon by the City Managers, after review by the <br />City Attorneys, respectively. <br />J. Either Party may withdraw from this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days written <br />notice to that effect to the other Party. <br />k. Nothing in this Agreement should be construed as a waIver of sovereign <br />immunity. <br />I.
