<br />I ~. <br />,. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />! <br /> <br />R-09-65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF HAMPTON FOR FIRE <br />FIGHTING AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager is authorized and directed to sign a Fire Fighting and Emergency Medical Services <br />Mutual Aid Agreement that is substantially the same as the one attached to this resolution and <br />identified as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be effective upon the date of <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />November 10, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
