RU__.__ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $1000 ALLOCATED BY THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL TH AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AL SERVICES TO THE PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHA VIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES TO BE USED FOR INDIVIDUALS <br />WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES SELECTED TO RECEIVE A <br />MEDICAID HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED WAIVER SLOT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $1000 allocated to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and <br />Developmental Services is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used for individuals with intellectual disabilities <br />selected to receive a Medicaid home and community-based waiver slot. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $1000. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 10,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
