<br /> <br />.b..~ 09:; 95... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 22 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) BY AMENDING SECTION 22-294 THEREOF <br />TO RESTRICT TRUCK TRAFFIC ON LINCOLN STREET BETWEEN <br />EFFINGHAM STREET AND EIGHTH STREET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Section 22-294 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(2006) be amended to additionally restrict truck traffic on Lincoln Street between <br />Effingham Street and Eighth Street. <br /> <br />2.
