<br />o~~~.lr'-2009-9q <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTIONS 12-141 THROUGH 12-151 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) PERTAINING TO <br />THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DUTIES OF THE MUNICIPAL FINANCE <br />COMMISSION. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. Sections 12-141 through 12-151 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (2006) are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />2. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 22, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
