<br />ORDINAtII.J'~~", <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE EST ABLISHING AN OTHER POST <br />EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS (OPE B) FUND IN THE FY 2008-2009 CITY <br />OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That there is hereby established in the FY 2008-2009 City Operating <br />Budget a new fund designated as the Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Fund. <br /> <br />2, That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 23, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
