<br />oRntNA <br /> <br />Il~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $303,485 IN FEDERAL STIMULUS FUNDING <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID FUNDS IN THE FY 2009-2010 ECONOMIC <br />STIMULUS FUND FOR THE 2009 SUMMER YOUTH WORK EXPERIENCE <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1, That the City Council hereby accepts $303,485 in federal stimulus <br />funding and appropriates said sum in the FY 2009-2010 Economic Stimulus Fund for the <br />2009 Summer Youth Work Experience Program. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues are increased by said amounts in the FY 2009- <br />20 1 0 Economic Stimulus Fund, <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption, <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 26, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
