<br />1if~ <br /> <br />;,::\1 <br />~d <br /> <br />~ <br />~I <br /> <br />: 'unlNANCE 1IIt2008-39 <br />UI\U ..-__. ___ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,778 OF MCKINNEY-VENTO ACT <br />HOMELESS ASSISTANCE INCENTIVE FUNDS FOR THE PROGRAM TO <br />ASSIST IN THE TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS (PATH) IN THE FY <br />2007-2008 BEHA VIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERA TING <br />BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $4,778 in McKinney-Vento Act Homeless Assistance <br />Funds is appropriated in the FY 2007-2008 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund <br />Operating Budget for use by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services in the <br />Program to Assist in the Transition for Homelessness (PATH); and <br /> <br />2. That revenues in the FY 2007-2008 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund <br />are increased by $4,778. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 27, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
