The property is also known as Tax Map 901, <br />Parcel 1 and 5600 Greenbrook Drive. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) Prior to obtaining construction permits, a certified report from a qualified <br />and licensed professional engineer must be submitted to the Director of Planning <br />demonstrating that: <br /> <br />I. The proposed tower will meet the structural requirements of the <br />statewide building code and the requirements of, EIA-222E, <br />Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and Antenna <br />Supporting Structures; <br />11. The non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation (NIER) that will be <br />emitted from the proposed facility, along with others on the same <br />structure or in the immediate vicinity, will not exceed exposure <br />standards of the U.S. Government; and <br />111. The tower will not cause interference with any equipment such as <br />radio, television and computers operated by users on adjacent <br />properties. <br /> <br />(b) The applicant will submit a formal site plan. <br /> <br />(c) Existing vegetation will be preserved to the greatest extent possible during <br />construction. No clearing shall be done outside of the footprint of the site as shown in the <br />site plan dated September 5, 2007. <br /> <br />(d) The tower will be constructed to allow for co-location with two other <br />carriers. In addition, the owner of the subject property, Entercom Norfolk, LLC, or its <br />successors in interest and/or its assigns, agrees to reserve sufficient ground space on the <br />site known as 5600 Greenbrook Drive to accommodate the needs of future co-locators. <br /> <br />(e) Applicant agrees to maintain insurance with respect to its development <br />and use of the property for the proposed wireless communications tower. <br /> <br />(f) Lighting for the project will be directed in such a way as to not impact <br />neighboring residents' quality of life. <br />
