<br />(g) The noise and odor produced by the site shall not adversely impact <br />neighboring property owners. <br /> <br />(h) No further towers shall be allowed to be built on the site known as 5600 <br />Greenbrook Drive. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall construct the development in accordance with the <br />submitted plans dated September 5, 2007. The Director of Planning may approve minor <br />modifications. <br /> <br />(j) The monopole shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(k) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before <br />operation and these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the operation of the <br />establishment. <br /> <br />(I) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4.
