<br />(g) The noise and odor produced by the site shall not adversely impact <br />neighboring property owners. <br /> <br />(h) No further towers shall be allowed to be built on the site known as 5600 <br />Greenbrook Drive. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall construct the development in accordance with the <br />submitted plans dated September 5, 2007. The Director of Planning may approve minor <br />modifications. <br /> <br />(j) The monopole shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(k) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before <br />operation and these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the operation of the <br />establishment. <br /> <br />(I) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCA TION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions <br />may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held <br />on January 22, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
